Problem Solving

  • Problems don’t get any easier, as you grow, they get bigger. You just need to get better at solving them.
  • Define it – spend a long time defining it, then solution is usually obvious
  • Break it down into smaller parts
  • Ask people who had similar problems before, if possible
  • Sleep on it
  • Have faith

Decision Making

  • Speed is important – if there is a fork in the road – take it
  • Do your best
  • Seek guidance from people who had similar decisions
  • Make sure you are following through according to positive principles – not negative ones
  • Keep a record of decisions you made that you can look back on to learn from
