You have so many ideas and can see so many opportunities and you are constantly distracted.
Jumping from one business idea to the next.
It’s because you really know that you’re capable of achieving them.
The problem is that you you think you know it all but you just don’t have the skills yet.
Otherwise you would have achieved them all already and it would be easy.
You need to learn to pick and choose and do them in order.
When you are doing complicated things you just can’t grow.
It’s so stupid to try to do everything when there is one thing that is limiting your growth.
When there is a problem in the operations side of a business, if you spend time getting more sales and more orders, it makes the operations side problem bigger, and therefore harder to solve, because you have to manage more customers. If you just focus on fixing that operations problem first, then making the sales grow, it will be much easier.
It needs to be super simple.
Sometimes you need to let go of opportunities, so you can grow.

- Focus on one thing, while just maintaining the others
- Cut out some opportunities
- Learn and improve your skills
