Our customers and stakeholders aren’t able to tell us what to build. Because they don’t know the technology and what’s possible.

The product vision is the most important tool to tie everything together (and especially for recruiting).

If we want teams of missionaries, it’s essential that every person in the organisation understands and is convinced – they need to be true believers.

This requires a weekly crusade of evangelizing – in recruiting, on boarding, etc.

It’s never done, it’s ongoing.
