How long should blog posts be?

Generally, I think the articles can be between 800-1600, but the word count is rough, how long should an article be? I believe it is however long it needs to be based on the topic and what it is that you have to say and how good the article is. So no point in just filling words for a target, focus on making the best article for the reader. Sometimes less is better if you solve their needs faster if they are looking for a quick answer then waffle is counterproductive. Sometimes people want to go on a journey and so being more descriptive might be better, or if they want information then more information is better.

The quality of the article is measured on how much traffic they generate (which is usually a measure of how good the articles are, interesting, engaging, matching with the students needs, solving the problems, time on page (putting videos, graphics, social media, quotes or variation on the page so its not just one wall of text), and how is it compared to other articles about this topic on the internet is it the best on the internet for this topic)? The best always gets 80% of the rewards so its really worth putting the extra effort to be the best. Also always be conscious of what your / our advantage is, and lean into that.

You could also try dictation for first draft which which is quite easy now, and can be about twice as fast as typing
