Here are my plans for 2030 School.
To build an online learning platform, with the following:
- Comprehensive test to register to understand each person in a 360 way.
- Programs are available in different types: teacher led, bootcamps, online courses, MOOCs, student led – masterminds.ย Not just one. A combination is necessary. It’s a platform on top of all the others, an interface to online courses. A community led way of joining moocs or learning from books or videos that gives an added layer of learning.
- Calendar to book 1 on 1 calls with mentors or mastermind group sessions.
- Community based learning where people share what they are learning as a way of learning.ย Gamified – incentives for helping others.
- Each program has reviews and a before and after test so we can evaluate how each person has grown and how good programs are, and how they matched students at certain levels.
