The AI Generation – How to integrate AI into our lives?

“The future is not something we enter. The future is something we create.” – Leonard I. Sweet

AI is developing so quickly, we are seeing huge changes all around us.

As we move into the era of artificial intelligence, technological change is accelerating. If it keeps accelerating, it’s likely to come to a point where technology develops as fast in months, as it did in years, and then days, and then seconds, until it reaches one. We don’t know what will happen when technological change reaches 1. That is known as the singularity. We might get wiped out, we might merge with machines.

This presents huge challenges and a technological shift that is going to transform our species. Like with every technological shift, there are going to be winners and losers. Those who cling to the old ways, will fall behind. Those who take advantage of the opportunities by this.

Some people are calling us the AI generation. We are the AI generation. The generation of people who will merge with machines and transform into a new species.

We are faced with numerous ways to incorporate AI into our lives at this stage.

Step 1

Become a superlearner. We have to keep up with this change if we are going to stand a chance of being able to benefit, compete, and win. We have to learn faster and faster than before and we need to use tools to learn faster.

Step 2

The first step is to put everything down onto paper into systems. Start writing down what it is that makes you, you. What are your values, principles, and goals. I call this my operating system.

Step 3

We then need to find ways to incorporate our operating system into AI, so that it can upgrade.

What it will look like?

I personally am planning to make my own AI self, as a separate entity. AI Rich. It’s possible that this can start as a separate entity, and then be a connected entity later if we find ways to connect it to our lives. Creating a better brain interface is one key step such as with Neuralink is essential for us to merge or connect or operate well with AI.

Surrendering

When we have this immense shift we will need to let go and surrender to forces AI, and let go of a big part of who we are, so we can become something new. We can choose to stay as we were, or to become something new. I think there similarities between religion and technology and we can learn a lot from religious teachings about this process.

Is the Singularity the Second Coming of Christ?

What do you think about AI? These are all some ideas. I think it’s all about experimenting and I am excited by the new era.
