The process of going from China to UK:
– Check if the country is amber, red or green and follow requirements on UK gov website here.
– Make sure to check the UK to China process carefully in advance because that is likely more complex.

The process of going from UK to China:
– Start filling out the self monitoring form 7 days before going to China here.

– Stay in a quarantine hotel for 14 days in China.

There are currently no direct flights between UK and China, so you also need to check the third country requirements carefully.
Student visas from UK are not currently allowed to return to China.
