Many people say you need to work extremely hard to achieve success.
But recently I’ve been learning the art of not trying, of how you can put in less effort, and achieve much more.
When you are on the right path things should effortless, and relaxed and then you can attract what you want into your life.
Sometimes I have been working hard at something, and not making much progress, but then I take a break, and do something else, and then I get an idea to solve the problem.
Of course you need to work hard, but you don’t need to strain yourself. And when you are working hard in the right way, there is not really any effort, because you are working in a natural way. You are being smart, completely efficient, and using the resources that are available all around you.
The same is true for when you are doing sports, the best sportsman are relaxed when they are performing at their peak.
Being too strained can be counterproductive and cause injury and sometimes when you are trying too hard then you can push things away.
You need to relax and then things are attracted to you effortlessly.
It’s great to relax, do less, but achieve more.
