Don’t try too hard

I’ve learnt a few things recently:

The first lesson:
I was having a golf lesson and getting blisters, while also hitting it to the right and the instructor told me I was gripping too tight and I need to loosen up. Hold the club at about 30% tightness compared to my 80% now. It’s also true that sprinters will not run at max speed but at about 80% sometimes when you try to hit it too hard, it causes a problem. It’s better to relax.

The same is true of life, and work. Sometimes when you are trying something too hard, you are forcing it.

Your mindset

There are an unlimited number of pathways and choices – and it’s up to you to determine which path to take. Be creative. Anything can happen. Use principles to achieve it.
