Some lessons I learnt in the last few years
– don’t waste energy – it’s important and valuable, protect it.
– what you focus on expands, so be positive, and control your focus
– focus on the most important thing which is often not the funnest thing, and do the hardest thing first thing in the morning. Often there is a law of constraint there are many things you can work on but one thing that unlocks the next level, like a domino. Do that, everything else is a distraction.
– Your experience is a reflection of your mind, and you can shape it. You don’t have to be anxious it makes anxious things happen. Being calm makes the world calm. You can shape your reality.
– meditation is key for focus
– there are so many opportunities to grow, just choose one, and do it first.
– there’s nothing limiting my growth, only my ability to learn. Seriously, I can do anything and theres no limits in the world. Anything is possible.
– see the strengths and potential in people and reflect it back to them. Don’t dwell on their weaknesses, nobody is perfect and you can’t change people. Praise their strengths and they grow like a flower with water.
– Use leverage and power of people, systems, technology and media, and capital to grow
– Sales is 1% building systems is 99% of growth. Customers want to buy, naturally people want to grow, its about unlocking that growth.
– writing is a superpower. wwrite more
– especially for me the secret is to use people more. I have to get amazing at working with people and a team to scale.
– keep learning!! from books and people smarter than me to learn faster and faster. I don’t know what i don’t know. How can i learn what i need to know
