One way of looking at it is that every business needs an inside man or an outside man. One who does marketing, and sales. One who does operations, and organisation, product.

I am excellent at ideas and selling. Taking action is something that is not a problem.
For me the two I need to work the most on to unlock the next level is Managing Systems, and Developing Superstars.
I am good at optimising processes when they exist.
I can improve by thinking about future systems that I might need and planning for the future stage.
Some of the things I can consider are important for future growth are to ensure that everything is running smoothly and having a plan for the next level of growth in each of those levels. If this breaks, then what. Whats the limiting factor. Thinking about each of those is helpful.
Also by having someone who is helping with hiring, and screening and also spending more time on that, because it’s one of the most important things for future growth, but it seems like it takes a lot of time to do well. Doing this is quite simple. The key part is to clearly define the kind of talent we need, and advertise those positions.
I need to not accept less than excellent in these areas, spend considerable time on it, while at the same time keeping an eye out on talent. I can also consider more clearly the future hiring needs and spend more time on that.
