Since 2020 we’ve started working online. I far prefer remote work. I believe it enables people to achieve far more, access a larger pool of talent, and improves communication. It’s not without it’s challenges. It needs a completely different way of working, a new operating system, and putting all processes into systems, and documentation, and empowering people.
